I joined as a Manager and, with the support of exceptional mentors, colleagues, and leadership, progressed to the role of Sr. Vice President - Finance & Treasury. Completing a decade with an organization is a significant milestone that reflects the strength of professional association, cultural alignment, and mutual trust, while also demonstrating the growth journey of both the employee and the organization. I still vividly remember the day I joined the organization as Manager – Administration, when the department comprised only three team members and the organization had a presence across seven states with approximately 40 branches and an AUM of around ₹1,500 crore. It gives me immense pride to reflect on the remarkable journey we have undertaken together. Over the years, I have had the opportunity to grow into the role of Admin Head (Vice President), leading a team of nearly 30 members, while the organization has expanded its footprint to 15 states with more than 440 branches. This journey stands as a testament to the organization’s continued growth, its strong culture of nurturing talent, and the opportunities provided to employees to evolve and contribute meaningfully to the organization’s success.

I joined AAVAS in 2014 as Assistant Manager - Internal Audit and had the privilege of being among the initial members of the Internal Audit function. As a qualified Chartered Accountant & Company Secretary, I spent nine years strengthening the company's governance and control environment through implementation of RCM, IFC, ICFR, SOX compliance, Risk-Based Internal Audits, and Branch Audits in Internal Audit Department. In 2023, I transitioned to the Accounts function to contribute to strategic initiatives such as Oracle Fusion implementation and business process transformation. Today, I am serving as Vice President - Accounts. My journey reflects the culture of AAVAS, where dedication, learning, and performance are recognized and rewarded. The trust and support from management and colleagues have enabled me to continuously grow while contributing to the organization's success. I am proud to be a part of the AAVAS family and its inspiring growth story.

My journey with Aavas Financers Ltd. has been an extremely remarkable and rewarding experience. I joined Aavas Financers Limited in November 2016 as an Assistant Manager in the IT Service Desk, and today it’s been almost 10 years and working as AVP-IT Security. Aavas has provided me with a platform where I could take ownership, explore new ideas and technologies, and continuously grow with the organization. The exposure, responsibilities, and opportunities I have received have played a significant role in shaping my career. Throughout my journey, the support and guidance from my leaders and colleagues have played a significant role in my development. The collaborative work culture at Aavas encouraged me to take on new responsibilities, explore emerging technologies, and develop my skills. Every challenge has been a learning opportunity that has helped me strengthen my technical expertise, decision-making abilities, leadership capabilities, and overall professional approach. This positive environment has made my experience truly meaningful. One of the most valuable aspects of my journey has been the opportunity to work across different areas of Information Technology and contribute to various projects and initiatives. These experiences have given me a broader understanding of technology. My journey from Assistant Manager – IT Service Desk to AVP – IT Security is a reflection of the opportunities, trust, support, and encouragement that I have received at Aavas. Looking back at my journey of almost 10 years, I really feel proud to be a part of Aavas family. Hello everyone, I joined Aavas as a fresher after completing my CA, and over the past five years, the organization has played a significant role in my professional growth. I have learned a lot, grown professionally and had the opportunity to work with some wonderful people. I truly appreciate the support and guidance provided by my managers. They always encourage me to explore new areas of work and help me understand things better. They encourage me to take ownership of my work and handle it independently while ensuring that help is always available when required. This organisation is a great place to work, especially for women. It provides safe and supportive work environment and always strives to empower and uplift women through various programs, initiatives, and counselling sessions. Joining Aavas Financiers Ltd in November 2011 was the start of an incredible chapter in my career. Over the past 15 years, I have had the privilege of witnessing and contributing to our phenomenal evolution into one of the Top HFCs in India. I began my journey here as a BSM , and today I’m serving as the DVP Sales. The growth is a testament to the immense opportunities Aavas Financiers provides. I joined Aavas Financiers Ltd. in 2011 as a Relationship Officer. Coming from the personal loan segment, housing finance was a new field for me, and with the support of my seniors, I learned and grew every day. Over the years, I progressed from Relationship Officer to Branch Sales Manager, Portfolio Manager, Branch Head, and now State Head, managing a large team and five branches. Aavas has supported me throughout my journey and has always felt like a family. My message to all employees is: stay committed, keep learning, and be patient.
