At Aavas, we have always believed in employee welfare and support. We now aim at the untapped potential of our employees to do something for the welfare society while working at Aavas. With support of its vast employee network, Aavas hopes to bring a lasting change in lives of Indian masses and hence, give back to the society.

An interested employee needs to enter his employee code in the portal at https://www.aavas.in/seva. Employee will receive an OTP on his CUG number. After verifying the number, a declaration form will be presented. An interested employee may choose to accept the Terms and signal his availability for Seva by clicking a switch.

After logging in, click the Log Event Details tab. Enter the details regarding the activity here and click Submit. Do not forget to add at least 1 photo. For participating in distribution of safety kits to construction workers under project Vishwakarma, contact out branches (currently in Jaipur). Besides CSR program, volunteer can do any activity like food distribution to the needy, tree plantations or any other activity which helps the society. Kindly select option Self Initiative when sharing activity details. Adherence to the undertaking is necessary when doing individual/self-initiative activity.
