Description

1. An Excellent eye for details, good understanding and sense of property appraisal and Building bye Laws which are the key points and base for property appraisal.

2. Deliver property management solutions and valuations for a range of internal External clients.

3. Develop and maintain successful relationships with customers of Property and Valuation Services and those departments acting as suppliers.

4. Maintain appropriate performance indicators for service delivery and ensure that they are used to focus on and improve performance across the work area.

5. Be aware of and anticipate and manage risks appropriately according to specific Work tasks.
