  • Get in touch with the Disbursal Officer at the Aavas branch where your loan was disbursed.
  • Disbursal Officer will enter some details for personal usage and later, share a Link or URL on your registered mobile number or will fill the details on customer’s behalf.
  • Customer or Disbursal Officer will select any one of the following below,
    • Net Banking
      • Enter User ID
      • Enter Password
      OR
    • Debit Card
      • Enter Debit Card Number
      • Enter OTP shared via SMS on the registered phone number
      OR
    • Aadhar e-Sign
      • Enter Aadhar Number
      • Enter OTP shared via SMS on the registered phone number

Once a mandate is cancelled, no further transactions will be processed until a new mandate is created
