Job Summary: We are seeking motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our collections team. The role involves contacting customers with overdue payments, negotiating repayment terms, and ensuring timely recovery of dues while maintaining positive customer relationships

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Freshers can also apply, Female candidates are preferable.

Make outbound calls to customers with pending dues.
Explain outstanding balances and payment options clearly.
Negotiate repayment schedules when necessary.
Maintain accurate records of calls, promises to pay, and follow-ups.
Escalate complex cases to senior collection officers when required.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly collection targets.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Provide excellent customer service while maintaining firmness in collection.
Strong communication skills and calling skills.
Prior experience in collections, tele-calling, or customer service is an advantage.
