Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve assigned sales targets for base and mentor branches.
- Lead and manage a team of Business Managers and Relationship Officers.
- Drive new client acquisition and home loan business generation.
- Take ownership of both individual and team performance metrics.
- Oversee sourcing, servicing, disbursal, and collection processes.
- Monitor team productivity, provide motivation, and ensure performance excellence.
- Conduct regular training and product knowledge sessions.
- Manage internal and external channels for sustained business growth.
- Evaluate and screen loan cases before submission for approval.
- Coordinate seamlessly with Credit and Operations teams for disbursement.
- Ensure efficient overdue collection and revenue generation.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Graduate / Postgraduate with 4-8 years of experience in Home Loans or LAP.
- Proven experience in Sales and Collections within Asset Finance, Home Loans, Mortgages, or Business Loans (Banks/NBFCs/Financial Institutions).
- Hands-on experience in both sales and branch operations.
- Excellent leadership, client servicing, and financial analytical skills.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and team management capabilities.
