Key Responsibilities:

• Source and acquire new business by identifying customers that fit our organisation's profile and policies.
• Understand customer needs, explain suitable product offerings, and guide them towards the right financial solutions.
• Explore untapped markets and identify new business opportunities.
• Handle customer queries with empathy and ensure quick resolutions.
• Build and nurture strong customer relationships while driving cross-sell initiatives.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Freshers  and Proven experience in Sales and Collections within Asset Finance, Home Loans, Mortgages, or Business Loans (from Banks, NBFCs, or Financial Institutions) are required.
• Hands-on exposure to retail sales and on-ground customer engagement.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client servicing skills.
• Sound financial understanding with the ability to assess and analyse customer profiles.
• Passionate about growth, results, and making an impact in people's financial journeys.
