Description

MIS & Reporting

• Build and automate daily/weekly/monthly MIS and Dashboards.
• Prepare and publish updates with trendlines, and variance drivers.
• Set up early warning alerts (spikes in complaints, unusual high flow of BT/closure requests) and share with functional team for action.

2) Analytics & Insights

• Conduct diagnostic analytics and translate insights into clear recommendations and track post implementation impact.

3) Stakeholder Management & Enablement

• Share insights and conduct regular discussions.
• Work closely with Data Science and IT Teams for automation of MIS/Dashboards.
