Description

1.    To check Home Loan & Mortgage loan files and sorting queries

2.    Preparing different MIS/ Reports and maintaining the data and old files

3.    Handling credit operations from files login to disbursement

4.    Verification of disbursal documents like Agreements, Mode of Payment and all necessary format as per policy.

5.    Analysis of CAM as per company policy

6.    Coordination with Credit Team, Operations Team, Sales Team and various outsource agencies for reports such as RCU, Valuation, and Legal etc.

7.    Support Sales and Credit in meeting agreed TAT and Targets

8.    Making loan and disbursement of files and ready to dispatch
