• Must be able handle customer on calls meeting the required KPI’s(Call Count, Talk Time & AHT, Call Quality, Compliance, Opportunity Count with good quality, File Login & Disbursement)
• Customers must be engaged and informed about the company’s product offerings.
• Need to adhere to the communication protocols, regulations and guidelines.
• Able to reply customer enquiries over Call/Phone.
• Should be able to convert Leads into quality opportunity.
• Should be able to convert opportunity into login and disbursement further through customer/branch follow up.
• Have to be detailed – oriented with the business to understand customer’s queries.
• Need to escalate issues and seek advice when faced with complex issue/problems
• Must be able to suggest improvement ideas that decrease time, improved accuracy or strengthen controls.
