कंपनी ग्रामीण आणि सामुदायिक विकास, शिक्षण, आरोग्य सेवा, भूक निर्मूलन इत्यादी क्षेत्रांमध्ये सकारात्मक प्रभाव पाडण्यासाठी वचनबद्ध आहे. संसाधनांच्या अतिशोषणापासून पर्यावरणाचे संवर्धन, संरक्षण आणि सुधारणेशी संबंधित प्रयत्न आणि पुढाकार घेण्यात आले आहेत.
कंपनी कायदा, 2013 च्या कलम 135 च्या तरतुदींचे पालन करून, कंपनीकडे CSR आणि ESG समिती आहे.

The program aims to provide quality education by improving school infrastructure, promoting STEM education, and implementing other initiatives. Till date, 20+ schools have been covered, benefiting approximately 70000 students.
The initiative focuses on raising awareness about road safety, traffic rules, pedestrian safety, and commuting risks through inclusive training, as well as reinforcing behaviour change by providing Branded ISI helmets with certificates. Till date, 26000+ Road Safety Ambassadors (Sadak Suraksha Agradoot) have been trained in Rajasthan, Gujarat, Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, Delhi and Uttar Pradesh.
Sharing and distributing food to the needy is God’s biggest blessing. Aavas, with a mission to feed the hungry and the needy, provides free food to 1,000 patients and caregivers daily under its ‘Aavas Aahar Program’. Free food is offered outside Jaipuria Hospital in Jaipur. Aavas recognizes the importance of food for a healthy tomorrow. Thus, this program is an endeavour to provide meals to hospital patients and caregivers. Till date, free food distributed to over 1260000 patients and caregivers.
The initiative focuses on improving facilities at govt. hospitals by building sheds with flooring as patient waiting area, installing benches and water coolers, providing ambulances to improve the medical emergency services, and undertaking other need based works. Till date, 16 CHCs facilities improved, installed 75+ water coolers and provided 5 ambulances.
Aavas General Healthcare program is an endeavour to provide provide free primary healthcare services, create awareness on preventive health, and reduce out-of- pocket expense for people from economic weaker sections. The initiative includes distributing Artificial Limbs to those with disabilities, organizing eye check camps, providing free cataract surgeries and other need based initiatives. Till date, the program has benefited over 6500 patients.
Aavas Udaan aims to bridge the skill gap, enhance employability, and contribute to economic development. Under the initiative, 430 youths were trained in Business Correspondent and Business Facilitator (BCBF) and Banking, Financial Service, and Insurance (BFSI), with a 70% placement rete.
Gram Siddhi a very first, village development program that is leading by rural women of remote areas of Rajasthan, Gujarat & Madhya Pradesh. It is Aavas Foundation’s flagship program for providing skill-based training and employment opportunities to rural women. This initiative was launched to broaden the horizons of women’s employability and entrepreneurship development endeavours. The goal is to transform their persona, to foster financial literacy and self-reliance, to make them confident and to directly support their families. Following are the 5 key areas where Gram Siddhi program focus.
Women's economic empowerment increases women’s access to economic resources and opportunities including jobs, financial services, property and other productive assets, skills development and market information. Women’s economic participation and empowerment are fundamental to strengthening their rights and enables them to have control over their lives and exert influence in society.
Environmental responsibility remains at the core of Aavas and the CSR initiatives undertaken on environment protection reflects the company’s commitment towards a greener and better future. Aavas Van initiative focuses on transforming underutilized urban spaces into thriving native dense forest using the Miyawaki technique. Till date, 32000+ plantation done at unutilized urban spaces, schools, gaushalas and other public places.
The initiative aims to promote green energy and combat climate change by installing solar systems in government hospitals, gaushalas, and other public places, which reduces carbon emissions and lowers electricity costs. Till date, 1450+ KWP of Solar system installed in government hospitals and gaushalas.
Underprivileged individuals often possess untapped athletic talent, but lack access to resources like quality training, equipment, coaching and required diet & nutrition. The Aavas sports scholarship program provides scholarships to these athletes from economically weaker section, allow them to reach their full potential, excel their career in sports creating opportunities to represent their state and country. Till date, 10 Athletes from economically weaker section provided with scholarships.
The initiative focuses on improving the community's sports facilities, so that youth can actively participate in various sports. In recent years, 4 sports facilities like running track, volleyball court, badminton court, kabaddi ground, and open gym have been built or restored in various areas of Jaipur Gramin.
आवास फाऊंडेशन ही 2019 मध्ये स्थापन झालेली ना-नफा संस्था आहे आणि Aavas Financiers Ltd.
