Gram Siddhi a very first, village development program that is leading by rural women of remote areas of Rajasthan & Gujrat. It is Aavas Foundation’s flagship program for providing skill-based training and employment opportunities to rural women. This initiative was launched to broaden the horizons of women’s employability and entrepreneurship development endeavours. The goal is to transform their persona, to foster financial literacy and self-reliance, to make them confident and to directly support their families. Following are the 5 key areas where Gram Siddhi program focus.

Women's economic empowerment increases women’s access to economic resources and opportunities including jobs, financial services, property and other productive assets, skills development and market information. Women’s economic participation and empowerment are fundamental to strengthening their rights and enables them to have control over their lives and exert influence in society.

Developing infrastructure at Hospitals situated in rural areas that will facilitate upgrading of the Hospital like shed with flooring, Solar panels, Water facilities, Steel or iron Benches, Lights/Fans and misc. work Any demand raised by rural community would be review and implement when required.

Sharing and distributing food to the needy is God’s biggest blessing. With a mission to feed the hungry and the needy, Aavas serves free of cost food to 1,000 patients and their families daily under its ‘Aavas Aahar Program’. It is performed outside SMS and JK Lon Hospital, Jaipur. Aavas understands the importance of food for a healthy tomorrow. Thus, this program is an initiative to make meals accessible to patients and their relatives in a hospital.

Water is the most precious thing on which we human beings rely. Water coolers have been installed and repaired in different locations in Rajasthan to provide cool and clean drinking water. More than 100+ water coolers have been installed at different public places.

Belonging to the unorganised sector, construction worker face a lot of problems like- inadequate and unequal wages, long working hours, poor housing facilities, lack of safety measures etc.

Aavas have been providing safety kits to these workers after organising a awareness session and launched an interactive platform that is offering beneficiaries convenient and appropriate access related to information of safety kit, insurance, and other relevant information.

The "Nirman Shramik Suraksha Yojna" was also launched to provide social security to construction workers in a pandemic-ravaged world. The registered members of the welfare yojana are covered under a 1.6 lakhs insurance policy.

Till date 13000+ construction workers have received the safety kits containing Helmet, safety shoes, Gloves, Safety vest, Apron etc. with an awareness session on how to be safe at workplace. Same workers are being covered under Nirman shramik suraksha Yojna and other Welfare schemes of government.

Trees are an indispensable part of our life and are rightfully called the 'lungs of the earth'. Aavas under this project planted trees in different district of Rajasthan with the partnership of NGOs, Gram panchayats, RIICO & others. All the sites have been developed with proper fencing, drip irrigation system where Aavas team visits regularly for proper maintenance of existing plants and to plant new trees. As of record, 60% of total plantations are surviving in different sites after facing serious weather conditions. Approx. 4554 tons of carbon will get absorbed in the entire lifetime. More than 40 acres of land covered with trees.

While rapid urbanisation, growing cities provide various opportunities, there are fallouts in terms of proliferation of slums, high prices of land and building materials which render houses unaffordable for the segment at the bottom of the pyramid. Therefore, the need for adequate housing for the low-income groups will substantially increase. Green Housing Program strives to reach out the sustainability principles amongst the affordable housing community. We, along with IFC, have developed a unique idea of Green Homes with the intent to minimize carbon emissions from the construction material which hampers the environment.

The digital transformation brought along with it a gamut of Cybercrime as well. Our personal data, finances, and work-life have blended into the digital world and the internet. Although these are disruptive technologies, the digital revolution has unfortunately led to the beginning of a new category of crimes - Cybercrime like invasions of privacy, malicious attacks, frauds, and many such unethical activities. This is why Cyber Security is an indispensable element of the digital world for keeping everything secure and in order. Knowing about Cyber Security and its importance can keep us safe from cybercriminals, hackers, and other agents of fraud. Hence, Aavas came up with the Aavas Foundation's first series of informative films on Cyber security including social media security. The films were about "booster dose scams", "fraudulent job offers", "blackmailing", etc. It's an initiative towards a safer digital space.

The Aavas scholarship program in education and sports is dedicated to cultivating and empowering India's most promising youth, fostering their potential to shape successful careers. Our primary goal is to extend financial support to deserving, underprivileged students and young individuals, enabling them to realize their educational aspirations despite challenging economic circumstances. Additionally, our sports scholarships aim to provide crucial financial backing for athletes striving to excel at the State, National, and International levels, with a particular emphasis on promoting gender equity by prioritizing support for female athletes.

Under Kheloday program sports facilities including running track, volleyball, badminton, kabaddi, open gym & others have been developed in remote villages of Jaipur district. Good Players from weaker background getting financial support under this program for better coaching and sports equipment.

Scholarships were given out in honour of Dhanteras to kids who did well in a variety of sports. Together with their coaches and mentors, the players came to the headquarters. Shoes and sports uniforms, which they need to play sports, were distributed by the organization.

Under "Helmet Incentive, Education, Awareness and Essentiality Campaign", Road Safety training is imparted to pre identified persons of rural/urban area for half day and then Branded IS 4151 helmets are distributed as incentive at a very nominal price with pledge (oath) as Road Safety Ambassador. Till now, 18000+ Road Safety Ambassadors (Sadak Suraksha Agradoot) have been made in more than 8 district of Rajasthan.
