  • Measurement of land / plot of applicants applying for Home loans / Working Capital / SME Limits.
  • Verification of approved building plans and compare the construction vis prevailing state bye-laws.
  • Scrutiny of technical documents and preparation of Technical Valuation reports.
  • Appraisal of projects and property within the area.
  • Timely collection and Updating on amendments ( in bye laws ) which may affect property.
  • Coordinate between Technical, Business, operations, risk, customers etc.( Internal stake holders – Business, Operations, Risk).
