Description
MIS & Reporting
- Build and automate daily/weekly/monthly MIS and Dashboards for Customer Service and Retention functions.
- Prepare and publish updates with trendlines, and variance drivers.
- Set up early?warning alerts (spikes in complaints, unusual high flow of BT/closure requests) and share with functional team for action.
2) Analytics & Insights
- Conduct diagnostic analytics and translate insights into clear recommendations and track post?implementation impact.
3) Stakeholder Management & Enablement
- Share insights and conduct regular discussions with Customer Service and Retention teams.
- Work closely with Data Science and IT Teams for automation of MIS/Dashboards.
